My teaching group has good relationship even though we have so various background. We teach same students each subject. So our goal, supporting students' studying, is clear. That's why we share strong Identity.
However, in terms of communication, we should do better. The members of the group take different part, English, Japanese, Math, Social Science and Natural Science. We know each
subject and how much students can score in it, but we don't know what's going on in other part. I think it is the leader's job to collect the information from members and share it and make a plan.
I have few chances to do other's work because our task is too specific for others to do. But I guess I do some personal sacrifices. I do my work as an English teacher, I make studying plans for summer and join the meeting with other group leaders. That is the leader's job, but I think I can call it a personal sacrifice.
Though there is communication problem, I think my group is well organaized and motivated. Group members are connected through students and they are willing to make the situation better. And my group consists of small number of members, 4 or 5. There's no rank or conflict and members recognize skill or conpetence each other.
Hi Kohei,
返信削除It's great that you have this job and this responsibility as it seems to be teaching you valuable lessons about life and work. So this is teaching at a juku, I assume.
It think it is also great that you are teaching English!
