6th Writing Assignment

I have considered all conflicts as the chance to improve our activity, so I have not thought about the way to deal with "conflict." I will answer the questions on text.

My group members don't share the information well. I don't think, however, it is bad situation. It is because I want them to concentrate on teaching students without being cocerned by office work or something. Information is shared among the top of my NPO, and they decide the policy. Though group members don't share information, I always try to listen to what they argue. I think that is the best way to lead the groups like mine.

I don't think we have been troubled by the conflict with anger. We always try to make our group better and discuss rationally. I think that is because our goal is clear and we want to pretend to be cool before our students.

Our group has, not a troublemaker, but a man who doesn't know the way to do. He sometimes makes useless worksheet and not being good at writhing on the whiteboard. I think it is leader's job to accept such incompetence and lead him to the right way. I usually treat him tolerantly.

Needless struggle is a big problem of my group, not only conflict but every work. As I write, each group member can make useless work sheet and something. It might be very long way to solve this problem, but I enjoy improving our activity.
