I don't care my health so much. I think I can keep my health good without doing something deliberately. I like vegitable and vegitable drink and I always don't eat too much. I go school by bike and always walk fast. That might be good eating and exersizing habit, which enables me to maintain my health unintentionally. I usually sleep enough. I like sleeping, so I would be displease and irritated if I couldn't have enough sleep. But I couldn't have enough sleeping time recently, so I was a little sick on these golden three days. I didn't care, however.
As I wrote on 3rd Writing Assignment, I don't get stress naturally. So I don't know what others should do to vent their stress. As for me, just sleeping or do other things.
I also do no effort to let the feelings of guilt or frustration distract me, because I always give it up and turn to other. Conversely, I feel I need to be more responsible.
To my regret, I don't care my teammates' health so much. I can feel if they are dipressed or sad, but I don't know the way to care their health. Cleaning? If anybody knows effective way, please share it.
